Replacement & Refund Policy

  1. Replacement or refund requests must be raised within 72 working hours of delivery. After this period, no requests will be entertained.

    • All replacements are subject to manufacturer warranty.

    • We do not provide additional warranty or assurance beyond the brand’s policy.

  2. No returns will be accepted if the product:

    • Is used, or

    • Is returned due to personal preference or change of mind.
